SAFETY & MATERIALS

Our approach to soft play is grounded in thoughtful design, calm aesthetics, and responsible use. This page outlines how our products are made, cared for, and safely enjoyed within the home.

Our Safety Philosophy

We design our products to encourage open-ended, imaginative, and physical play while remaining visually composed for modern interiors. Safety is supported through:

  • Appropriate scale and proportion

  • Soft, supportive construction

  • Clear usage guidance

However, no play product can eliminate all risk. Active supervision and responsible use are essential at all times.

Materials Overview

Our products are made using child-safe materials selected for indoor residential play. Materials are chosen with durability, comfort, and longevity in mind.

Due to the nature of soft play products:

  • Some compression, creasing, or softening over time is normal

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur

These characteristics are considered part of the product’s natural wear and use.

Care & Cleaning

To maintain your product:

  • Clean gently using baby-safe water wipes only

  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture

  • Keep products indoors and dry at all times

Improper cleaning may damage materials and void any warranty.

Safe Use Guidelines

For safe enjoyment:

  • Always supervise children during use

  • Ensure products are used barefoot or in socks

  • Avoid sharp objects, shoes, pets, or climbing from unintended angles

  • Do not stack or combine items beyond intended design

Longevity & Wear

Soft play products are designed for regular use, however:

  • All materials will experience wear over time

  • Regular inspection is required

  • Discontinue use if a product becomes unsafe

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are custom made. As such:

  • Lead times apply

  • Custom colour selections must be confirmed immediately after purchase

  • Custom items are final sale (refer to Returns Policy)

Our products are designed to support meaningful play within the home. Safety is a shared responsibility between product design, proper use, and adult supervision.
