Products are not suitable for:

Schools, play centres, or public spaces
Hire, rental, or shared-use settings
Prohibited Use
Our products are not designed or certified for commercial, childcare, hire, rental, or shared-use environments. This includes, but is not limited to, play centres, studios, schools, early learning settings, therapy spaces, or any environment where multiple families or users access the product.
Any use outside of intended residential use is strictly prohibited and voids any warranty or liability.
3. Assumption of Risk
Soft play and physical play products involve inherent physical activity and risk, including but not limited to climbing, balancing, rocking, sliding, and movement.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that:

Injuries may occur despite correct use and supervision

4. Placement & Environment
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure products are:
Placed on a flat, stable surface
Positioned away from hazards such as walls, stairs, hard edges, fireplaces, windows, or furniture
Used in an environment appropriate for active play
Failure to follow safe placement guidelines may result in injury.
5. Assembly & Setup
Most of our products do not require traditional assembly.
Placement and setup are the responsibility of the purchaser. All products should be positioned:
On a flat, stable surface
In an open area suitable for active play
Away from hazards such as walls, stairs, hard edges, windows, fireplaces, or furniture
Products must not be altered, modified, or combined in ways not intended by soft play moon.

6. Inspection & Ongoing Responsibility
